Cooking Myth Revealed!

Have you ever heard that liquid measuring cups are slightly different than dry measuring cups? So if you use a dry measure cup to measure out oil or something in a recipe it's not as accurate?.....WRONG!! They are exactly the same...I mean a cup is a cup....

Eat and Play Healthy This Summer

Hey Everyone!! The theme for this summer is to eat and play healthy! Nikki and I have started working out (playing healthy) at KO Studio Westlake (www.knockoutwestlake.com). We get our butt's kicked on every single workout and as a consequence I have been sore for 2 weeks straight now! It's a great feeling to get in shape and in turn I feel like eating healthier as well (except for the occasional frozen yogurt which is my weakness!). :)

KO's very own Stuart Reznick shares these "Healthy Concepts" with KO every week and in honor of our theme I'd like to share these delicious recipes with the H2DFB community as well. Happy eating!! xo - Christina
